Carob Pumpkin Pie Smoothie Recipe

This delectable, healthy smoothie is packed with Autumn flavors and Australian Carob goodness.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/4 cup (25g) The Australian Carob Co. Roasted or Raw Carob Powder
  • 1 cup (400g) cooked pumpkin puree*
  • 1 cup (250ml) light coconut milk
  • 1 pc frozen banana medium
  • 2 tbsps The Australian Carob Co. Carob Syrup
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon or 2 tsp cardamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/8 tsp ground allspice
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes

INSTRUCTIONS

  • For the smoothie, place all ingredients into a blender and blend until well combined.
  • Pour into serving glasses and enjoy.

NOTES

*NOTE: Cook pumpkin ahead of time and puree with a food processor. Keep in the fridge until ready to use.
