Carob Pumpkin Pie Smoothie Recipe
This delectable, healthy smoothie is packed with Autumn flavors and Australian Carob goodness.

INGREDIENTS
- 1/4 cup (25g) The Australian Carob Co. Roasted or Raw Carob Powder
- 1 cup (400g) cooked pumpkin puree*
- 1 cup (250ml) light coconut milk
- 1 pc frozen banana medium
- 2 tbsps The Australian Carob Co. Carob Syrup
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon or 2 tsp cardamon
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp ground allspice
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
INSTRUCTIONS

For the smoothie, place all ingredients into a blender and blend until well combined.

NOTES
*NOTE: Cook pumpkin ahead of time and puree with a food processor. Keep in the fridge until ready to use.
