Lemon Pound Cake Preheat oven to 325*F. Mix wet ingredients in a bowl. Mix dry ingredients in another bowl. Mix wet ingredients into dry ingredients. Add lemon zest. Line a cake bundt pan with parchment paper. Poor cake batter into pan and bake for 70 minutes. Lemon Glaze Mix powder cane sugar with 1-2 tbsp. of lemon juice and then glaze over cake. Optional: add AUSSIE organic carob chips to glaze before it hardens.
