3 tablespoons Australian organic roasted carob powder
½ teaspoon sea salt
Add all ingredients to a food processor and process until mixture comes together into a sticky ball. Do not over-process.Line an 8x8 inch glass dish with parchment paper.Spread mixture into the pan ensuring top is flat.Freeze over night.Remove from freezer and pan, cut into 12 squares.Store in an airtight container in freeze.
